Dear Members and Potential Members,
Many of you have asked specific questions about World Light
International. I have put this information together which should answer
most if not all of your questions. Please pay very close attention to
all the information that is highlighted in red. These are answers to
the most common questions.
Don't be alarmed when you sign up if you do not receive
confirmation of your sign up right away. As mentioned on the site, it
could take up to 24 hours for processing. Presently, they are adding
everybody manually. It appears that tons of people are joining now.
The aim is to get the program automated as quickly as possible.
You may notice that when you are taken to the payment page, it
says that you are paying $69.00. Well, this is because the cost of the
program is $59.00 but SafePaySolutions charges the company an additional
cost. In order for the company to get $59.00 for your sign up, they
must add an additional fee to cover their SafePaySolutions charges. To
avoid these fees, you can mail in a money order or certified check.
Also If you pay with SafePaySolutions, they charge you a standard
transaction fee of 2.50 which means that your total cost to join the
program is $71.00. Urgent: You must hit the "Continue Button" when
paying by SafePaySolutions. Also, when you close the page as requested,
the only thing that you have to do on the page that comes up is
"Payment Completed". This may not be the exact wording, but you get the
idea.

"JS" Jumping Stage
âJSâ is a 7 X 1 straight-line matrix that is the entry level
for all new members to the marketing plan. The cost to join is a
one-time membership fee of $59.00USD, and members may join as many times
as they wish. In order to maintain their membership, members will be
charged an administration fee of $50.00USD twice a year, beginning 6
months after their enrollment date.
New members who are not completely
satisfied with the World Light Opportunity will receive a FULL REFUND if
they cancel their membership within 10 DAYS following the activation of
their membership, no questions asked !
New members will automatically get access to their own
personalized World Light Web page that they can use to refer new people
to their organization. Although the same member may join multiple times,
only one personalized web page will be assigned per member. All new
members are placed in the first available spot in the matrix regardless
of who referred them to the program. The JS is split up into 2 Phases:
Phase 1:
7 X 1 straight line with a total volume of $413.00USD (7 x
$59)
Once seven other members join the JS behind you, regardless of
whom their referrer is, they will fill in the 7 spots allowing you to
complete Phase 1, you will earn:
5% Passive Commission of the Total Volume
of $413.00 = $20.65
Phase 2:
In order to complete Phase 2, each of your seven Phase 1
downline members must each accumulate their own seven members who've
joined the JS behind them. As each one of those seven members completes
their Phase 1, you will earn:
2.5% Passive Commission on the volume of
each of your seven downline members paid to you as soon as each
completes their Phase 1, earning you $10.33 per member.
Total earned once all seven complete their Phase 1: 7 X $10.33 =
$72.31
Total Passive Commission earned for Phase 1 & 2: $92.96
1 BBC re-entry to the JS for each of your seven members that complete their Phase 1,
totaling 7 re-entries to the JS (worth $413.00)
1 BBC Entry to the CS for each of your seven members that complete their Phase 1,
totaling 7 entries to the CS. (worth $840.00)
Members can earn an interesting amount of Passive Commission
without ever having to personally refer anyone to the program.
However, they will quickly see the enormous earning potential of the
system's powerful Matching Bonus feature, which kicks in as soon as a
new member personally refers just 3 new members! A little bit of effort
pays off in a huge way!

complete Phase , you will earn:
5% Passive Commission of the Total Volume of $840.00 = $42.00

PLEASE NOTE: Along with the products,
Members will be awarded with membership status as Independent Associates

Phase 2:
In order to complete Phase 2, each of your seven Phase 1
downline members must each accumulate their own seven members who've
followed them from the JS. As each one of those seven members completes
their Phase 1, you will earn:
2.5% Passive Commission on the volume of each of your seven downline members paid to you as soon as each completes their Phase 1, earning you $21.00 per member.
Total earned once all seven complete their Phase 1: 7 X $21.00 =
$147.00
Total Passive Commission earned for Phase 1 & 2: $189.00
1 BBC re-entry to the JS for each of your seven members that
complete their Phase 1,
totaling 7 re-entries to the JS (worth $413.00)
1 BBC re-entry to the CS for each of your seven members that
complete their Phase 1,
totaling 7 re-entries to the CS. (worth $840.00)
Once you have completed Phase 2, meaning that all seven of your
downline members have completed their Phase 1 with 7 members each, you
will earn the following:
1 Automatic Entry
to the next main stage, the MS or Manager's Stage worth $250.00
1 Automatic Entry to the last main stage, the DS or Director's Stage worth $500.00 ================================================================
"MS" Manager's Stage
MS is a 7X1 straight line forced matrix, which is split up in 2
phases. The entry value of the MS is $250.00USD.
Phase 1:
7 X 1 straight line with a total volume of $1750.00USD (7 x
$250)
Once seven other members follow you from the CS, regardless of whom their referrer is, they will fill in the 7 spots allowing you to complete Phase 1, You will earn:
5% Passive Commission of the Total Volume
of $1750.00 = $87.50

you as soon as each completes their Phase 1, earning you $43.75 per
member.

"DS" Director's Stage
DS is a 7X1 straight line forced matrix, which is split up in 2
phases. The entry value of the DS is $500.00USD.
Phase 1 :
7 X 1 straight line with a total volume of $3500.00USD (7 x
$500)
Once seven other members follow you from the CS, regardless of
whom their referrer is, they will fill in the 7 spots allowing you to
complete Phase 1, you will earn:
5% Passive Commission of the Total Volume of $3500.00 = $175.00
Phase 2:
In order to complete Phase 2, each of your seven Phase 1
downline members must each accumulate their own seven members who've
followed them from the CS. As each one of those seven members completes
their Phase 1, you will earn:
2.5% Passive Commission on the volume of each of your seven
downline members paid to you as soon as each completes their Phase 1,
earning you $87.50 per member.
Total earned once all seven complete their Phase 1: 7 X $87.50 =
$612.50
Total Passive Commission earned for Phase 1 & 2: $787.50
1 BBC re-entry to the CS for each of your seven members that
complete their Phase 1,
totaling 7 re-entries to the CS. (worth $840.00)
1 BBC re-entry to the MS for each of your seven members that
complete their Phase 1,
totaling 7 re-entries to the MS. (worth $1750.00)
1 BBC re-entry to the DS for each of your seven members that
complete their Phase 1,

Matching Bonus
Members who don't personally refer any new members to the system
can still earn an impressive amount of passive commission as well as
accumulate Bonus Business Centers upon
completion of each of the main stages (up to the 3rd Cycle). In order to
qualify for Matching Bonuses, a member must personally refer a minimum
of 3 new members to the system. Members who qualify can earn up to 100%
Matching Bonuses on all the passive commission earned by their direct
and indirect downline members! Once you've referred your first 3
members, the first 2 are passed up to your own Referrer. The third
member that you've referred becomes your first Direct Sale, and now you
are qualified to receive a 50% Matching Bonus on all passive commission
earned by your Direct and Indirect members as they progress through to
their 3rd Cycle of each of the Main Stages. From this point on, all
personally referred members are considered to be Direct Sales, and there
is no limit as to how many you may refer.
Now, once all your direct members refer their 1st & 2nd sales to you, which become your Indirect members, and those Indirect members also pass up their 1st & 2nd sale to you, the earning momentum really begins to pick up. As the number of all your Direct & Indirect members begins to mushroom, your Matching Bonus will increase according to the following chart:
Accumulate 3 39 Direct or Indirect Sales,
your Matching Bonus amounts to
50% of their passive commission
Accumulate 40 â 99
Direct or Indirect Sales, your Matching Bonus amounts to 75% of their
passive commission
Beginning with your following Cycle, you
will earn a 75% Matching Bonus on all passive commission earned by
members 3 â 99
Accumulate 100 + Direct or Indirect
Sales, your Matching Bonus amounts to 100% of their passive commission
Beginning with your following Cycle, you
will earn a 100% Matching Bonus on all passive commission earned by
members 3 100+
Although Matching Bonuses end after a member completes their 3rd Cycle, the earning never stops! Thanks to the Multi-Up system, there will always be a constant flow of new Direct & Indirect members from whom you can earn Matching Bonuses.

Bonus Business Centers
One of the most exciting features of the program is the
opportunity to replicate yourself over and over. This is accomplished by
assigning you Bonus Business Centers, or BBC's every time you complete
one of the 4 main stages. BBC's are considered to be paid centers, and
place you back in the first available spot in the corresponding stage,
allowing you to multiply your earnings every time you return. Each one
of your BBC's cycles through the Stages earning a multiple amount of
brand new BBC's every time the Jumping, Consultant, Manager and Director
Stages are completed. In turn, those new BBC's cycle through, earning
even more Bonus Business Centers. It's a snowball effect that keeps
growing and earning! Your earned BBC's keep revolving until the 3rd
Cycle of each of the main stages (JS,CS, MS, DS) is completed. The
definition of a completed Cycle is when both Phase 1 & 2 (See JS Chart)
of one of the main stages is completed. A Cycle is completed with a
combination of personally referred members (direct sales), and earned
BBC's filling up all the available spots in that Stage. Since
BBC's are placed in the first available spot in the matrix, regardless
of whom the referrer is, all the gaps get filled and slowdowns are
eliminated! No one will ever hold anyone back, and the system will grow
at an
incredible rate! The matrix literally feeds itself! With all the
new members joining, and all their perpetually accumulating BBC's, the
earning potential is absolutely phenomenal!
BBC Power !
The normal
progression of the system without taking into account any of the earned
BBC's is the following: Every time 56 positions are filled in any of the
stages, 1 member completes a cycle in that stage. This is typical of
many programs out in the marketplace today.
Where World Light's system shines is the incredible power of its earned BBC's. For instance, upon completion of the JS, you will end up with 7 free BBC entries to the CS, and 7 BBC re-entries directly back into the JS! Upon completion of either the MS or the DS, you will end up with 7 BBC re-entries back into the CS, 7 BBC re-entries to the MS and 7 BBC re-entries to the DS ! That's the equivalent of joining the system from scratch at the JS level and paying $59.00USD 7 times, which would cost $413.00! With every single member capable of earning that many BBC's, just imagine how fast the system moves along!

Hello !
Hope you are doing well ! I just wanted to clarify a few
things...
This is a straight line matrix and you really don't have to
sponsor anybody in order to earn Passive Commission... it isn't
possible with our program to start your own line... everybody comes in
on the same line and every new member that comes in pushes every other
member forward by one position... whether you do anything or not, you
will still be pushed along throughout the matrix, completing Stages,
earning commission and Bonus Business Re-entries right back into the
system. It's a combination of new members and re-entries that will kep
the program moving. You both actually joined at the right time as this
program is about to take off like a rocket... we have some heavy
hitters such as Mike Glaspie and David Preston who will soon be doing
some major promoting for World Light and there will be thousands of
people joining over the next few months. The only thing you lose out
on by not sponsoring anybody is the Matching Bonuses... so far just
about everyone who has joined has brought in other people so I promise
you will not be hung when things start to really move. I would hate
for you to regret your decision later on. Our policy is that we offer
refunds within 10 days of activation so I have no problem with doing
so if that's what you decide. If you are willing to be patient
